According to Lee Gomes at Forbes, in the same way that cigarettes came to be viewed as nicotine delivery systems, mobile computers and phones may really be neurotransmitter delivery devices, where the pleasure in part is in the clicking. An interesting observation, seeing as we want visitors to click and browse our small business sites.

Forget sous vide and braising and the farm-to-table ethos. We are a nation that cooks with an index finger.
